If your wallet isn't connecting to Find My, try these steps:
- Check that the wallet is turned on.
- Reset it: Press the button 5 times, holding the 5th press for 3 seconds. A rising tone (low to high) means the reset worked.

This wallet works with iPhone 12 series and later (except iPhone 12/13 mini) designed to work with MagSafe accessories.
For Android phones, you can use a MagSafe-compatible case. However, the Find My app is not available for Andoid phones.
If you're not receiving Find My notifications, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Bluetooth & location services
○ Ensure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your iPhone.
2. Confirm battery level
○ The wallet needs sufficient battery power to maintain a connection.
○ Note: The LED indicator and buzzer do not provide low-battery warnings.
3. Address signal interference
○ Temporary disconnections can occur due to wireless interference. Move away from potential sources (e.g., microwaves, crowded Wi-Fi areas).
4. Restart or reset the wallet
○ Restart: Disconnect and reconnect the wallet in the Find My app.
○ Factory Reset:
i. Press the button 5 times.
ii. On the 5th press, hold for 3 seconds until you hear a rising tone.
iii. Re-pair the wallet with Find My.

If your wallet isn’t charging or responding when connected, follow these steps:
1. Check the connection
○ Ensure the charging cable is properly aligned and securely attached to the wallet’s magnetic charging port.
2. Check the power source & adapter
○ Use a 5V/1A or 5V/2A power adapter
3. Inspect for physical damage or debris
● Check the charging cable is not damaged.
● Check the charging port is clean and free of debris.

Please ensure your phone works with MagSafe accessories or that you are using a MagSafe-compatible phone case.
Geo Magnetic Wallet can only be charged with a dedicated charging cable. If the cable is lost, contact us for a replacement.
