The writing mode we designed has a support angle of 26-27 degrees, which has been determined through testing as the minimum angle that ensures stable support while providing a comfortable writing experience. If you find the angle still too high, you can try placing some items (such as books or a stand) under the tablet case to adjust the angle to your most comfortable position.

The magnets built into the iPad have a fixed strength, which limits the magnetic force of the protective case. Our case is designed without additional locking mechanisms to ensure smooth opening and closing, as well as a slim and lightweight profile. However, if the case is subjected to strong external force, the cover may shift slightly.

To maintain the cover's stability, we recommend avoiding heavy impacts or pressure on the cover during use.

First, please verify that your iPad model matches the purchased case model. You can find your device model by going to:

To keep the case clean, regularly wipe it gently with a soft cloth or wet wipe, and avoid contact with items that may cause stains.

For stubborn stains, use a small amount of mild detergent. Avoid cleaners containing alcohol or corrosive substances to extend the product's lifespan.
