Nice case

Great case for iPad. I like the lit up keyboard features as well as the fact the device is thin and does not make the iPad bulky. Excellent design and appears to be of good quality.

Great while it worked

Edit: Even after months and a little forgetfulness about registration, I managed to track down my card, get it registered, and get in touch with support. They were fantastic! The process was super easy and straightforward, so fingers crossed it doesn’t happen again with this one.Absolutely loved this case, for the 5 months or so that i was able to use it. A family member gifted it to me for christmas as we had been talking about different Magic Keyboard alternatives, and they knew i had the logitech combo touch on my previous 4th gen iPad Pro and loved it but though the 360 rotation would be perfect. It was until i was using it one night, sat it back on my desk and when i went to use it again the next morning there was absolutely no power, i chalked it up to not remembering the last time i charged it so i plugged it in the the charger and directly into the power adapter provided and let it charge for about 4-5 hours, still no lights/power, so i switched from cable to cable and over the course of two days had it plugged in for close to 24 hours on different cables to no success. I did contact ESR and once i was able to get my order number for my family they immediately responded and said they would be sending a replacement, as normal warranty claims are generally a P.I.T.A, i was surprised there was no further back and forth so me being me decided to bounce around some online forums and i was able to find at least 30 people who had posted experiencing the same thing... hoping this isnt the same experience with the replacement

Strong, Versatile, and Affordable…with a Few Minor Drawbacks

The keyboard is an excellent alternative to the Apple Magic Keyboard, especially considering its much lower price. One of its biggest strengths is its sturdy and well-built design. The added weight helps stabilize the iPad during use, making it feel secure and comfortable for typing. I also really like the strong magnetic attachment system, which makes connecting and detaching the iPad effortless. The magnets are surprisingly powerful. I can even attach the iPad to metallic surfaces such as a refrigerator, and it stays firmly in place. This versatility allows me to easily switch between tablet and laptop-style use whenever needed. Overall, the build quality feels premium and far exceeds what I would expect at this price point.

That said, it is not without a few minor drawbacks. There can occasionally be a brief delay of a few seconds when the keyboard reconnects to the iPad. I have also noticed an issue with the space bar when watching YouTube videos. The space bar does not always function as a play/pause shortcut unless I first tap or click on the video. I’m not sure whether this behavior is limited to YouTube or if it also occurs on other video platforms. Fortunately, these issues are relatively minor and do not significantly affect the overall experience.

Despite these shortcomings, I am very pleased with the keyboard. The combination of strong magnets, easy detachability, sturdy construction, and excellent value for the money makes it a wonderful product overall and a compelling replacement for the much more expensive Magic Keyboard.
