You can earn Super User points by:
- Filling out your profile (you’ll earn a one-time bonus when you first add your name, phone number, and date of birth)
- Setting up your email preferences
- Purchasing products
- Referring a friend

Bronze membership is valid indefinitely.

Silver and Gold membership levels remain active as long as you make a purchase within 365 days of your most recent order.

If you do not make another purchase within that period, your membership level will automatically be downgraded by one tier.

You will receive your Super User points 30 days after your order is completed.

After logging in, you can view your points balance under My ESR Points.

Super User Points expire one year from the date they are earned and will be removed from your points balance.

ESR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Points Rewards Program or individual participation for any reason at its sole discretion. If abuse, fraud, or a violation of the Terms of Service is detected, ESR may suspend accounts and revoke earned Points Rewards.
