How can I ensure the car vent clip securely fastens to my air vent?
The vent clip is designed to work with horizontal and vertical vents, not for circular vents.
Be sure you watch the setup video before installation.
Please note:
1. The mounting arms should be positioned on the frame around the vent and not on the vent blades.
2. Once this phone mount has been installed on an air vent, the air vent cannot be adjusted. Rotate the adjustable knob to adjust the angle if necessary for optimal visibility and accessibility while driving.
How do I securely attach my phone to the MagSafe mount?
Phone attachment issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases.
Please check:
● Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).
● Your case is either a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.
