This is now the real deal. Had the previous version and the mount didn’t last long. This new one now has a new mount which is more stable and stays in position. Love it this new one. Just perfect 💯💯
I really enjoy this product! Simple to set up, easy to move, fits multiple vent designs and sizes with its retractable arm (so smart but others don't usually have an attach arm that's adjustable). Super strong, doesn't move or wobble. The phone (Pixel 10 Pro, with a pixel snap case) almost has to be pried off. It's not going to fall even in some of the worse conditioned roads. No more trying to pick up my phone while driving after a pothole or rail crossing. The inductive charging works extremely well. I can run Dasher, Waze, Spotify (with Bluetooth power to the car) and precision location GPS all at the same time without fear. It doesn't just keep the battery at the same level, it'll charge it while running lots of apps simultaneously. For the money, this is a great value and good BANG for your buck. This is the one to get. In fact, I ordered another for my wife. (We both DoorDash/Uber after our full-time jobs). Great for anyone is is not only in the car a lot, but for anyone that jumps in and out a lot. Just grab it and go, no unlatching, no detaching, just grab it. The only CON I can think of is it does get a little warm, especially if you're running a lot of heat through that vent but I've never had an issue with it getting too hot. Built in fan does help some and is super quiet. This is not a CON, but some advise. The charger is come with is nice. It has twin USB ports, one USB-A port, one USB-C PD port. If you have a charging port up front, the 3 foot cable should be fine, even if it's a cheaper cable. I much prefer braided ones since they go through less wear and tear over time. For those like me, with my only option is the port in the rear of the car, I ordered a 15 foot right angle USB-C high wattage cable on Amazon for about 20 bucks (Gotta love the right angle cables). To me anyway, it's worth it to just get a more beefy cable so I don't destroy mine. (I'm a cable hoarder and also very tough on my cables). All in all this product is awesome. I've bought two of them. They're both still working well. If you do any kind of driving for work (DoorDash, Uber, GrubHub, Postmates, etc), this is the mount you want! Trust me, I'm very critical when it comes to electronics.
The build quality is simply out of this world! Every small details are well thought about like separating the MagSafe OmniLock base from the AC clips and handle. I can mix it with that Anker 167.5W car charger base and another extended sturdy OmniLock dashboard holder to get the optimal charging experience. Totally worth it!
