● Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later) or Samsung S24/S25.

● Use the included charging cable.

● You are using the included 58W power adapter.

● Your protective case is less than 2 mm thick.

● There are no metal accessories, credit cards, stands, or grips between your phone and the charger.

Additional information about wireless charging speeds:

● Wireless charging is generally slower than wired charging.

● Reducing the number of applications open on your phone can improve charging speed.

● High temperatures can slow charging speed and limit power output, especially during wireless charging.

● If your iPhone stops charging at 80%, it might be due to the "Optimized Battery Charging" feature. You can check and turn off this option by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health, then turning off "Optimized Battery Charging." If you haven't enabled this feature, the issue may be related to an iOS upgrade. In that case, consider updating your software or waiting for the next system update.

Before installing the mount, watch the section of the setup video that corresponds to your vent type.

Note: Installing the mount on a vent blade may limit that blade’s ability to be moved. Avoid forcing the vent blade after installation, as doing so can loosen the mount or damage the vent. Use the hook locking knob to set the viewing angle before you start driving for optimal visibility.

Yes. The CryoBoost™ fan will automatically turn on while your phone is charging and turn off once your phone is fully charged or removed from the charger.

For the Galaxy S25 series, the maximum supported wireless charging speed is 15W.

Our ESR OmniLock Magnetic Car Charger supports the latest Qi2.2 wireless charging standard, which is capable of delivering up to 25W of power for Qi2.2-compatible phones.

However, the Samsung Galaxy S25 and earlier phones do not support the latest Qi2.2 standard.

• The Galaxy S25 series supports wireless charging speeds of 15W.
• For older Samsung models, the charging speed may be even lower, depending on the device's hardware and firmware limitations.

This charging speed is a limitation of the phone's hardware and software.

Please note:

• Once Samsung releases new devices to support the Qi2.2 standard, ESR chargers will deliver up to 25W of wireless power.
