Magnet snapped off of stand

Magnet is insanely strong, so strong that when I tried removing my phone the whole magnet came off. It is a solid phone mount but the thing holding it is a bit weak. Maybe it was my end for pulling on it too hard but it lasted me about a year and a half

Almost perfect. I use mine 20 times per day.

I've purchased 4 of these in the last 2 years. 2 each year. And the same issue keeps happening. This tightening knuckle nut keeps snapping. If it were metal this would be an absolute dream of a product. But it's frustrating having to keep buying new and having the same issue. I love esr's magnetic products because the magnets are the highest quality. I've tested a wide variety of magsafe products and esrs are top of the line. The only issue is this knuckle nut keeps snapping every 6 months.To ESR, please make an updated version of this product with a metal tightening nut, so it can't snap and we'd be perfect.If the whole thing was metal that would be even better. But a bare minimum that nut needs to be metal to avoid this issue.I would pay an extra $3-4 if that part were metal, no question.

Good, Strong and Sturdy.

This magnetic mount is incredible. I have a s26 ultra with a slim magsafe case. It holds the phone perfectly in my work truck which is very rough riding. It was simply to install and its its been on my window through 70°f and 20°f and hasn't fallen off. I'll probably order more.

Strongest phone holder

The two arms provide wide flexibility, and the balljoint at the end comes really handy for precision setup and positioning. The magnet is really strong (with a MagSafe case), it is easily among the strongest magnetic accessories I've used.
I'm really satisfied with the product, sad to see that is no longer available on the website.
