I converted my Galaxy Z Flip 7 phone into a MagSafe phone by putting it into a case that has a MagSafe ring. Then I snapped this MagSafe charger to that ring and it started charging. Of course, I had to find a 25+ watt IQ charger to plug the cord into. At first, I used an old charger that was only 10W and that didn’t work. But once I got it working, I find that it needs about 50% more time than my fast MagSafe charger, but it doesn’t heat up the phone nearly as much as that one does.I really like the kickstand that is part of this MagSafe. It holds my phone very stably even in an open upright position (see my photo taken with the help of a 3 way mirror). So when I’m in a hurry, I use my other MagSafe, but for overnight charging, this one is top choice.

Simple, Portable, and Effective

I've been using ESR's car chargers for a while now, so I wanted to try out a desk charger/stand. Insofar as stands go, this is probably one of the more interesting ones I've seen and used, in that it can't stand up on its own. The whole thing is about the size of a pocket watch, ironically, both closed and with the stand part out. If you don't have a phone attached to it, all it can do is just sit on the table in no particular position.However, once you attach a phone to it, it actually does a really good job of holding up the phone in either landscape or portrait orientation. You have to get the angle of the stand part right, but once you do, it doesn't wobble. You can fidget with the screen without concern, and overall, I would say it just works. The magnet on there is extremely strong, so much so that I think, if you didn't mind having a pocket-watch-sized item in your pocket, you could probably just leave it on your phone at all times. I wouldn't recommend it, but it's possible.In terms of charging, it is as fast as any inductive charging device I've used. Oftentimes, with inductive chargers, you won't even get a speed that can offset certain apps (a go-to app for me when testing this is Pokemon GO). However, with this, I can have those high-usage apps running in the foreground, and my overall battery still increases. There's a fan that helps to keep things cool, which is similar to something they have on their car mount chargers. This thing is so quiet that you basically cannot tell it is there. It is very much appreciated for a technology that will often get your phone quite hot.Overall, I think this thing is great. It is compact, it is powerful, and it works as a stand. What more can you ask for?

Great fast charger that can also help to keep your phone cool

I love ESR products, and I’ve had a few different ones over the years. I find them to be really well made and reliable, and this new magnetic charging pad with kickstand and cooling technology is no different. I love it’s designed with MagSafe in mind, so perfect for my iPhone. And it has QI2 technology, which gives you fast charging at 25 W.There’s lots of versatility with the kickstand, so you can go anywhere from flat to 150°, which is giving you flexible charging for multiple setups.There’s a really nice quality cable included that has a silicone cable management strap, which is great at keeping everything in place on your desk set up tidy. It’s worth knowing that there isn’t a power adapter included, so it suggests that you include an adapter that is rated 35 W or higher. If you’re not using a case with your iPhone, then the magnet is gonna go straight onto the back. Most cases have MagSafe magnet included, so that would be needed in order for this to work. Included fan is helpful at keeping your phone cool. and I found it to be quiet, but the instructions tell you to place it flat if you require the fan to be quieter. It’s a really nice weight so everything is held in place exactly where you need it. It’s a really high-quality and well-made product, so would work really well on a desktop set up for nightstand for easy charging and fast too!Highly recommended
