Which ESR AirPods cases lock the lid shut?

ESR’s FlickLock designs use a physical latch, not magnets alone, to help keep the charging case lid closed after an impact. The locking AirPods case designs in this lineup are Cyber FlickLock and Pulse FlickLock. Both combine strong magnets with an internal latch that keeps the lid shut after a drop.

The latch releases by sliding a rubber tab on the side of the AirPods case cover, allowing straightforward one-handed access. FlickLock is available for AirPods 5, AirPods 4, AirPods Pro 3, and earlier AirPods Pro models.

For a standard AirPods case with a magnetic closure (no physical latch), Cyber Tough is available for AirPods Pro 3.

What AirPods models do ESR cases fit?

Do ESR AirPods cases support wireless charging without removing the case?

HaloLock cases do. HaloLock is ESR’s built-in magnetic alignment system, and on these designs, wireless charging works through the AirPods case without removing it. Magnetic AirPods cases without HaloLock may still support Qi charging, but they do not provide HaloLock magnetic alignment.
