The ring stand is designed for standard magnetic surfaces like refrigerators or gym equipment.

When the ring stand is placed on a surface with strong magnetic force, like a wireless charger or car mount, it may stick more firmly to the surface than to your phone.

If this happens, try lifting one corner of your phone first, then remove the phone and ring stand together.

This may be due to the added thickness of the ring stand, which can increase the distance between your phone and the wireless charger beyond the effective charging range.

To ensure wireless charging works properly, it's recommended to remove the ring stand while charging. This helps maintain the optimal distance for power transmission.

1. Magnetic cases (leather or TPU) are subject to a certain amount of pressure due to the strong magnetic attraction. This may leave a noticeable mark on the case after use. This is normal.

2. Long-term use of a bare phone may also leave a mark on the back of the phone due to the strong magnetic attraction and dust.

3. Wash the surface before use, or after use with alcohol, an eraser, or hot water to remove any marks.

1. Insufficient curing time: Allow 24 hours for the magnetic ring to fully adhere after installation.

2. Incompatible surfaces: Avoid attaching to glass (especially oleophobic-coated), soft silicone cases, or uneven/rough surfaces. Polyethylene, polypropylene, and other polyolefin materials are not suitable. Consider purchasing a case with a pre-installed magnetic ring.

3. Surface contamination: Dirt or residue may weaken adhesion. Clean the area with the provided alcohol swab before attaching.
