How can I ensure the car mount attaches securely to my dashboard?
Be sure to watch the setup video before installation.
Please check:
1. Choose a firm, smooth, even surface on which to install mount (it cannot be installed on textured or uneven surfaces).
2. Fully clean mounting surface and dry using the included cleaning kit.
3. Wait 30 minutes to ensure full adhesion.
To reposition, peel off base, then rinse base, allow it to air dry, and reinstall the mount.
How do I securely attach my phone to the MagSafe mount?
Phone attachment issues are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases.
Please check:
● Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).
● Your case is either a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.
