Be sure to watch the setup video before installing the mount.

Check the following:

1. Choose a firm, smooth, even surface on which to install the mount. Do not install it on textured or uneven surfaces.
2. Fully wipe the mounting surface with the cleaning kit included and let it air dry.
3. Wait 30 minutes to ensure full adhesion.

To reposition the mount: remove it, rinse the base, allow it to air dry, then reinstall it.

Ensure your phone and case are compatible:

● Your phone is an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).

● Your case is either a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.

Be sure to watch the setup video before applying the Universal Ring to the case.

Please note:

● The ring may not adhere to cases made of silicone, leather, or glass, or to any case with an uneven surface.

● Apply the ring to the back (outer surface) of the case, not the inside.

● After applying, remove the case from your phone and press the back of the case (where the ring is) firmly.

● Wait 30 minutes before using for optimal adhesion.
