This iPhone 17 Pro Max privacy screen protector is excellent for blocking snooping eyes. The installation process was super easy. I love that you just put the phone in, click the lid, pull the tab, wait 5 seconds and you’re pretty much done. I smoothed out 1 air bubble with the squeegee and was good to go.The tint blocks side views completely, but the main drawback is that it lowers display brightness. This makes scanning digital tickets or QR codes difficult, even when you maximize your screen brightness.I haven’t dropped my phone yet, so I can’t attest to the drop strength, but the screen protector seems very solid.

Easy installation and solid privacy protection
I’ve installed quite a few screen protectors over the years and these were some of the easiest I’ve used. The included installation tray lines everything up really well, and the built in dust removal system helped keep lint and dust from getting trapped underneath. I ended up with a clean installation on the first try without having to peel it back up or fight with bubbles.The privacy feature works well for everyday use. Looking straight at the phone the screen is bright and clear, but from the side it does a good job limiting what other people can see. I also haven’t noticed any issues with touch sensitivity after installing it, which is always something I pay attention to.The glass feels durable and has held up well so far to being in and out of my pocket throughout the day. If you’re looking for a privacy screen protector that’s easy to install and doesn’t make the process frustrating, this has been a good option.

Flawless screen installation process
I’ve used other screen protector all-in-one kits before where you get the cleaners, glass, and proper sized phone holder to keep it all steady. This one, however, was flawless. I was very skeptical, as I usually get some random unseen dust spot land on my screen milliseconds before I remove the protective coat. For some reason, and I may have gotten lucky, I nailed it the first time with this kit. I was easily able to clean the screen, wipe it dry, and use the stickers to get the dust spots I could see. Placing it face side down, I didn’t think it would work. But when I pulled the strip, opened the phone holder, and started to squeegee the air to the edges, I couldn’t find a single dust spot. Not one! “For the first time in forever” started playing in my head. This kit is amazing.
