The magnetic strength of the Ring is over 1,800 g, ensuring your phone stays securely attached to all MagSafe accessories.

Please check:

● When using other third-party chargers, ensure the wireless charger has a strong magnetic attachment.

● The ring must be installed on the back of the case, not the inside.

Be sure to watch the setup video before putting on the Ring.

Please ensure:

● The Ring may not adhere to silicone, leather, glass, or any phone case with an uneven surface.

● The Ring must be applied to the back of the case, not the inside.

● After applying, take off the phone case, and push the inside of the case onto a hard, smooth surface to press the ring firmly onto the case.

● Wait 30 minutes before attaching it to a magnetic mount or charger to ensure full adhesion.

1. Clean the back of your phone case.
2. Insert the installation tool into the charging port and position the alignment guide correctly.
3. Peel off the adhesive backing.
4. Press the ring firmly inside the guide, then wait 2 hours before use.

*Once installed, the ring can be removed but cannot be repositioned.

*If your phone model isn't listed on the alignment guide, feel free to select an appropriate position.
