Give Your Apple Watch a Better Band | ESR Sport Bands

1、How do I change my Apple Watch band?

Press and hold the release button on the back of your Apple Watch, then slide the band sideways. Insert the new band with the inside text facing you and slide it in until it clicks. See our Apple Watch Band Changing Guide for illustrated steps.

2、How do I remove an Apple Watch band?

To remove the watch from your wrist, open the folding clasp. To detach the band from the watch, hold the release button and slide the band sideways. Do not pull it away from the case or force the connector if it feels stuck.

3、What size band do I need for my Apple Watch?

Check your model and case size under Settings > General > About or on the back of the watch, then choose the option listing your exact model. Because 42 mm has been used across different generations, do not rely on case size alone. ESR bands in this collection fit 140–200 mm wrists. See our Compatibility Guide.

4、I have an Apple Watch Series 3. Do these bands fit?

Selected ESR bands fit the larger 42 mm Apple Watch Series 3 but not the smaller 38 mm model. Check the case size engraved on the back of your watch and confirm Series 3 compatibility on the product page before ordering.

5、Are these bands compatible with Apple Watch Ultra, Ultra 2, and Ultra 3?

Yes. This collection includes 49 mm Apple Watch Ultra bands for Ultra, Ultra 2, and Ultra 3. Select the 49 mm option listed for your model. Apple notes that some 44 mm, 45 mm, and 46 mm bands can also connect to Ultra but recommends them mainly for casual wear.

6、Do you carry Apple Watch SE bands?

Yes. Selected ESR Apple Watch SE bands fit compatible 44 mm SE models, including supported SE, SE 2, and SE 3 versions. This collection does not support the smaller 40 mm models. Always check the model and case size listed on the product page.

7、Do you have Apple Watch bands for women?

Yes. ESR Apple Watch bands for women feature unisex designs and fit wrists measuring 140–200 mm. Starlight offers a softer neutral look, while Red adds a brighter accent. Choose by wrist size, watch compatibility, and personal style rather than gender alone.

8、Do you have Apple Watch bands for men?

Yes. ESR Apple Watch bands for men use the same adjustable unisex fit for 140–200 mm wrists. Black and Navy Blue offer a clean, understated look for work, casual wear, and workouts. Confirm your Apple Watch model and case size before choosing a color.

9、Are the Apple Watch sport bands in this collection good for working out?

ESR Apple Watch sport bands combine easy-clean HNBR rubber, ventilation channels, and a secure folding clasp. They are designed for running, gym sessions, outdoor activities, and other active use. Learn more in our Apple Watch Sport Band Guide.

10、What’s the best Apple Watch band for wearing all day?

For all-day wear, look for an adjustable band that stays secure without feeling bulky. The ESR Equinox combines flexible HNBR, ventilation channels, and a folding clasp that keeps your chosen fit between uses. See our Apple Watch Band Buying Guide for more help choosing.

11、What’s the difference between an Apple Watch band and a strap?

There is no functional difference. “Apple Watch band” is more common in the US, while “Apple Watch strap” is widely used in the UK and other markets. Both terms describe the removable accessory that secures the watch to your wrist.

12、Is it worth buying a replacement Apple Watch band?

A replacement band is worthwhile if your current one feels uncomfortable, has become worn or stiff, or no longer suits your routine. Changing the material, clasp, fit, or color can make your Apple Watch more comfortable for work, exercise, and everyday wear.

13、Protect Your Apple Watch Beyond the Band

A new band can completely change the feel of your Apple Watch — whether you're switching up the look or just replacing a worn strap, there's a style here for every wrist. If you're giving your watch a refresh, it's also worth checking the screen and body are properly covered. Our ,Apple Watch cases and screen protectors cover Ultra 1 through 4, with everything from slim film-only options to full case-and-glass sets.
