I bought this specific keyboard fo Christmas last year (2025) and since then I’ve had four of them. They keep breaking in the same exact way and the AI customer service is not very helpful, all it does is sen another one to my house and I haven’t been able to request a refund successfully or even keep it from sending more of them. They simply stop charging after about a month or so and die completely. I’ve even taken one of the broken ones completely apart to attempt to find the issue and I haven’t found nothing. Don’t waste your money on something guaranteed to break!

Can I use the stand without the case that it comes with on?
Yes. You can attach a caseless iPad in standard landscape orientation to enjoy a comfortable angle to get stuff done at. To enjoy raised screen view or portrait orientation, you’ll need to use the included back case.
Does it have a back case for the ipad?

If I have my own case on my ipad can I attach it the keyboard stand?

How do I connect the bluetooth?

Can I change the brightness of the backlight?
