Overall, I’m really happy with this keyboard case. The ability to use both landscape and portrait orientation was the main reason I chose it, and it does not disappoint. The included protective case is a huge bonus because I can detach the keyboard and still keep my iPad protected, which was important to me.The material feels smooth, sleek, and soft to the touch, and the magnetic connection is strong. I also specifically wanted a magnetic Apple Pencil flap: I love that it secures the Pencil instead of just hanging loosely, and that I can fold it back cleanly while using the iPad. Small detail, but it matters.The typing experience is solid with good key feedback. It’s still comfortable and easy to adjust to. It’s also noticeably lighter than other keyboard cases I’ve tried, which makes it more practical for everyday carry.My main complaint is the trackpad. There’s no way to fully lock it, and my palm or wrist sometimes triggers it while typing, which can jump me into other apps or move my cursor unexpectedly. It’s annoying. Adjusting the trackpad sensitivity in iPad settings helps, but I wish there were a true 100% lock option like on other brands.I’ve only had it about a week, and I already noticed a small scratch despite keeping it in a padded backpack and mostly on my desk. I’ll see how it holds up long term. I ordered the lavender color, which I love, but lighter colors do show dirt more easily - that’s just something to consider but not a fault of the case.The backlit keyboard has great color options (including a purple and light lavender that match the case beautifully), though I do wish the brightness went a little higher.It fits my iPad Air 13-inch perfectly. Also worth noting: if you use the Batteries widget on your iPad, it shows the keyboard’s battery level, which is convenient.For the price, this feels like a strong alternative to the name-brand version at a fraction of the cost. Not perfect, but very close.

UPDATED REVIEW: After posting this review the seller reached out to me and offered me a full refund of the product. Not only that they stated that they would look into the issues that I had to make improvements to the product and even offered me a replacement. I am very impressed with this seller! And I appreciate a company that is willing to stand behind its products. Would definitely purchase from this seller again!Everything works as it should. The hinge is a little stiff on the keyboard and it doesn't adjust very much, but does the job. Battery doesn't seem to last a very long time. The case that goes on the iPad itself is not thick. Not sure how it would go if I dropped it. As time has passed the rubber part around the screen seems to have become more soft and loose so it easily pulls away from the ipad itself. I've had it about 5 months and am out of the return window. Not a terrible product but is lacking in protection I feel. Shows dirt and fingerprints easily. Doesn't take long for it to look bad and I haven't even carried it anywhere. Bought this case to carry to clinical rotations, but it's bulky enough with the ipad that it will be just as easy to take my laptop. Can't say that it doesnt do what it's supposed to, but for the amount of money would have expected something more durable.

If it’s not on flat surface then it’s top heavy wish it was a darker purple but the case is durable the magnetic case is strong as you can see I added butterflies now it looks like a darker purple and the butterflies are beautiful
